When will my order ship?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 28 countries at checkout. International orders may be produced at the facility closest to you; allow 1–3 weeks. Any duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made for you, we can't take change-of-mind returns — please check the size guide. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you in full.
How do I care for the print?
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble low or hang dry. Don't iron the print. The embroidery on hats and the Stealth Hoodie is thread — it'll outlast the garment.
